The design of a Non-Stick wok with its deep sides make it a versatile piece of cookware, useful for sauteing and steaming, as well as authentic oriental stir fries.
This wok is suitable for all hob types, as the flattened base ensures the wok will sit firmly and stays in constant contact with the heat source. It features a solid wooden handle for that authentic finishing touch. It is made with a 1.2mm gauge Carbon steel body with PFOA free non-stick coating.
It is recommended to season your wok before its first use – instructions on how best to do this are included in packaging.
