This Grey SwitchScale by Joseph Joseph an be used either by placing the items directly onto the scales using your own bowls, or, if you flip the top over, it becomes a measuring bowl itself. The reversible lid creates two types of scale from one compact design: you can easily switch from a bowl scale for weighing loose ingredients to a platform scale for fast weighing of whole items. The scales weigh both dry foods and liquids in metric and imperial (gms / lbs / ozs / fl.ozs / mls) and have LCD display and touch-sensitive controls.
