This Oriental Santoku Knife from Taylor’s Eye Witness has a finely ground, razor sharp, medium length blade which provides enhanced accuracy, precision and speed. The alternating scallop shaped indentations, that run alongside both the front and back, reduce drag whilst preventing food from adhering to the blade, permitting a faster and uninterrupted cutting action along with easier cleaning. It is perfect for crunching or slicing with ease through flesh of hard vegetables. The knife comes with a soft and comfortable rubberised handle giving a strong grip.
